Mod: Minor code mods to reflect API changes in above
Add: By request, can now override the check for a valid certificate via an Advanced option
Add: By request, can now override the default server URL to a user supplied string via an Advanced option

Note that the 2 override functions are experimental and are provided for Advanced Users only.

For the benefit of Twitter... Now issues multiple notifications for new mail up to a maximum of 10 in any one cycle and notifications now contain Sender & Subject.

iPhone support via Prowl

Not really anything I've done, rather I'm leveraging Prowl; however the new multiple notification facility coupled with the email Subject & Sender does now make this a viable proposition for iPhone users.
